What is LLVM/gcc?

I downloaded the tarball for SciTECO, and the dependencies list includes LLVM/gcc. Does that mean I need the LLVM version of gcc?

The file INSTALL, in sciteco-0.6.4/ :

" * Autotools, GNU C/C++ (v4.4 or later) or LLVM/gcc or LLVM/Clang "

I.e. no LLVM/Clang is required when you have g++ !
