what if I want to edit a mozilla theme?

I've got this new theme for Mozilla 1.0.1. great buttons but i'd like to change the colors a bit. Is it possible to edit this theme or do i need to build my own? I've seen some theme utils but they all seem to be for winblows. I konw there is a theme freak out there somewhere to help me out with this. Thanks in advance.
