what does make man && make setup check while installing qmail means

hi,

currently i'm installing qmail.

i viewing the guide from http://www.qmailrocks.org/qmail.htm

i like to ask what does

Code:

make man && make setup check

means or what are the commands doing?

i tried to google online to see what does it mean in qmail but i could not find, therefore i decide to seek help from anyone who install qmail.

It means to run "make man" and upon successful completion to run "make setup check", thus you don't have to wait for the 1st command to finish to issue the 2nd.
