Mine is Konsole because it features:

• Drag and Drop. A file, folder or, URL can be dropped on a Konsole window with options to: Move Here (Shift), Copy Dear (Ctrl), Link Here (Ctrl+Shift), Paste Location, Change Directory To, Cancel (Esc)
  
• Copy upon highlighting
  
• Double-click with the left mouse button to select a word; triple-click to select an entire line.
  
• Pressing the middle mouse button pastes text currently in the clipboard. Holding down the Ctrl key as you press the middle mouse button pastes the text and appends a new-line.
  
• Over 50 shortcuts, including copy and paste. The rest can be found at Keyboard Shortcuts for the KDE Desktop
  

I like simple xterm with basic features (scrollbar?) like rxvt or urxvt

I like Konsole, primarily for the way it handles tabs (although I have to configure it to put tabs on top, where they belong), but lately I've been favoring Terminator because of the tiling feature. Also, with Terminator, I can get transparency on Fluxbox, which I cannot with Konsole. I do likes me my eye candy.

Konsole is my favourite terminal emulator. I've tried to make do with others, but Konsole is just too nice.

My favourite functions mirror OP's: the diverse option when dragging and dropping are fantastic, the ability to paste both from Xclipboard (or whatever a middle-click draws from) and Klipper is nice and the option to ctrl-MMB is clever, the customisation is easy and robust, the ability to rename tabs arbitrarily and on-the-fly is handy, and the total intergation with the rest of my desktop is a convenience that you learn to love quickly.

That said, I do keep rxvt-unicode off to the side, since I can't guarantee that Konsole will be available on every system I use. Urxvt is nice because it can be themed and configured through .Xdefaults using modern fonts and colour schemes, and it can be extended and scripted just as easily. Through some perl scripts I found online, I have tabs in Urxvt and it mostly does everything I need.

I've been much more comfortable using xterm since I learned how to configure the font size and other characteristics using CTRL-[mouse button] and how to set up a proper .Xresources file.

Konsole makes it easy to set unlimited scrollback, I also like transparency for reading\seeing any app behind it. Tho I likely use tty (Ctrl+Alt+F1 &c) more than any...

Guake, love the drag and drop and drop-down elements.

I prefer Konsole followed by xfce4-terminal.

I have tabs hidden in Konsole, and use the keyboard to switch between them.

Fluxbox + Compton = transparent Konsole.

xfce4-terminal will fake transparency if a compositor is not available.

And all these years I thought Compton was a neighborhood in Los Angeles.

I still like Terminator's tiling windows, even though I don't like tiling window managers.

I like Tilda. I can call it with one keystroke, and hide it the same way. It has pretty much the same features as all the other terminals plus the dropdown ability.

If Tilda had drag and drop then I'd switch to it right now from Guake.

terminator. nuff said.
