What are the easy to follow step-by-step instructions for loading "WICD" in Slackware

Hello Gurus,

I need simple easy to follow instructions for installing WICD package in Slackware. If possible, list every step, every command for a newbie.

# installpkg wicd-1.5.6-noarch-2.tgz && rm wicd-1.5.6-noarch-2.tgz

If you wanna install the 1.5.9 version you've to move to -current.
