Question what application will open docbook properly

I'm fairly new to Linux and have a question about the docbook format. I'm running RH 7.3 and am trying to open (keyword being properly) a docbook file that is the documentation installed with KGpg (KDE frontend for gpg).

I tried opening it with Konqueror and Mozilla (and it opened) but with no formatting. I have googled and found the docbook web site and read their faq which makes no reference how these files open and retain their intended formatting.

What app opens this filetype? There is no manpage for this and info <docbook> tells me absolutely nothing.

Thanks for the help!

The dialogue in AbiWord says it knows the docbook format. Do not have one around to test though...
