I'm still pretty newbie and I was looking for a newsreader for Xubuntu (or xfce) and couldn't find any specifically for that. I found the below link for newsreaders for Ubuntu. Which would be best (if any) for Xubuntu? Thanks. (I really just want to see how my own blog shows up and maybe get a few other blogs.)
Thanks, guys. As usual I thought this would be easier than it is. I checked out Sage and Akregator but felt more comfortable with something from the Ubuntu Software Center (Pan) and when I ran that the first thing it asked me (like pwalden) was to add a server. Uh, okay, but what is a server and how do I add it? (rhetorical) So I'll do some more research. Is adding one pretty involved?
Thanks Jim. I just went to my blog and signed up that way. I chose Feedly. It worked great. (I'm guessing Feedly's a RSS feed aggregator. LOL)
No problem. Glad you found what you needed. BTW, my intent was to be helpful - not snippy. I just re-read what I wrote, and it sounded a bit snippy, even to me. Guess I was in a hurry...

Nah, no snippiness there! Just informativeness. Hope you're having a nice holiday!
