what's the name....


i hope this isn't too vague a question but here goes: isn't there a gcc/g++ tool available that will analyze source code files and output more than the standard compiler warnings? i once heard of something like this...anybody else? and if so, what's the name of it???

lint (or splint) and astyle are pretty popular too.
