Webtrends 500 Server Error
 

Hi,
Not sure if this is a linux issue or not, or more likely this just won't work anyway.

I'm trying to get a very old version of Webtrends (V3.1) to work on Redhat Linux AS 3.0.

It installs fine, and starts fine, but if I try and access the very first page (remot_login.pl), I get a 500 Server Error.

Someone did mention to me about trying compatability stuff, but I'm not sure how to go about that.

It's always possible that this just isn't going to work as the version of Webtrends is so old.

Anyone any clues ?

I do have the same version working fine on a Redhat 7.2 system. I'm simply testing the installation on a newer system, prior to an upgrade.
