WebServices Tools For Linux

Hi,

I'm searching for solutions on how to implement WebServices
on Linux using C++.

Does anyone knows something about it ? It can be OpenSource
or a comercial product. I already know about Kylix but it's not
an option for this project.

Best regards,
Eduardo
