Webserver that will log accept a POST request and respond with 200 OK

Is there an issuer way on doing this? Like having a server that will just log any post requests passed to it and respond with 200 OK? A docker container that has this will be great.

Just guessing.. but for nginx

Code:
server {
  listen 80;

  root /var/www;
  access_log /var/log/nginx/access.log main;

  server_name mysite.domain.tld;

  location / {

        limit_except POST {
            return 404
            deny  all;
        }
        return 200;
  }
}

try to restore a backup of your (apache) configuration and the whole website, diff -r the whole thing to see what changed

usually you'll find you've changed directory / file permissions somewhere accidentally
