Webserver file replication (master and slave)

I would like to configure two Redhat servers exactly the same. One of the servers would be the primary webserver and the other as a secondary server. When a user (website account) updates her/his website, these files would be replicated to the secondary server. Anyone have anyiideas?

I usually do this using rsync:

If you need immediate replication then you probably want to look at using fam.
