Angry webmin/RH Enterprise 4

First off..let me state I am NO linux guru. I can just barely get by..please don't flame me for being an idiot.

I am trying to get webmin running on a RH Enterprise 4 box.
In the past, I could just RPM the webmin in and it would work.
Now, I find that I RPM it in and it does not seem to work.
I have tried to read what docs are out there etc. but to no avail.
I believe that the perl that is reqiured is installed and running.
I have tried restarting the service and I have tried connected on ssl rather than http.
I can find nothing in the logs (presuming that I am looking in the right ones).

I just can't be the first person to run into this.
Does anyone have any experience that would shed some light on my problem.

Thanks in Advance for any help
