Webalizer county lookups

hi,

i am running Webalizer on my slackwre webserver and it is running great however at the bottem of the page usage stats page http://berrancenetworks.co.uk/usage/....html#TOPCTRYS where it displays the % of visitors from different countries it just says all of them are Unresolved/Unknown, however if i copy one of the IP listed and use a whois lookup on www.dnsstuff.com it will tell me which country it belongs to. can any one please tell me how to make webilizer do this automaticly

does anybody know how to set this up? although it wont be much use if i cant get my server running again (major hardware prob, altho if i was usin win2k3 it would be worse lol)
