A great place to get answers to your question and similar ones is the "table of equivalents" for linux, which is mirrored all over the web. Here's just one mirror:

Scroll down to the "7) Programming and development" section and look under the "WYSIWYG html editor" and "HTML / DHTML editor" sections for the equivalents.

At that point, I maintain that you would be best served to try the different tools out yourself, to see which one serves your needs best.
