web design

Hello, I'd like to get some ideas for my web page. I want it to look more professional, but I have no idea how to use css (which i'd love to learn yet I have no time to learn at the moment). Is there any programs that work well in gnome (besides screem) for web design. Oh yeah, I'd also like to know if there is any good gimp tutorials for web design specific things. Check my site out if you want, tell me your opinions on this forum plz (i've taken off the guestbook). Thank you.

Hi,

You can use NVU, or just Mozilla Composer.
If you don't have much time you can also use a design from http://www.oswd.org for example.

Thanks. It's not really that I don't have time, what I meant to say was that I'm trying to learn perl and i don't want to overdo my codes (if I study more than one at a time I always mix them in as if two different coding types are one, ie. C++ + pyhton = totaly obsolite). but thanks for the link anyway (maybe I can get a few ideas to make my own templates).
