web based SSH client (with a twist)

are there any web based SSH clients that run on the web server? Basically what i want to do is have control of my machine using ssh, but the machine i'm SSHing from is behind a firewall that as far as i know only allows outgoing requests for http and ftp, so if i could run an SSH client on a web page, but have it so that the SSH client's localhost is my server so i can circuvent the firewall and gain access to my machine.

Could you just use Webmin? It's HTTP/Java based, and can tweak almost anything with its GUI and will also let you edit text config files.

I assume there must be free web-ssh servers. Mindterm does this, but I don't know if it is free.

If your box is not running a webserver or ftp server just have your ssh server listen on one of those ports. That's the easiest way to circumvent the firewall. If not you could just try some weird ports--the firewall may not block *everything*.

Webmin gives you control of your machine but that's an entirely different animal from what you're talking about.
