Web based hosting app

Hi for everyone,

I have a Fedora Box Server running at home and I'd like to provide hosting to the memebrs of my familly so that they can their web pages and stuff like that. As they don't know much of linux, I'd like to provide an easy way to let them put files, read their mails (through web interface), etc.

So, do you know any software (like virtualmin) that can let me do this? I wouldn't like to use virtualmin because it has became paid and "I want to live free or die"
