wav--->ogg
 

Anyone have any suggestions on encoding a wav file into an ogg? I am not doing it from a cd. So, I wouldn't use gimp, would I?:scratch:

gimp is a graphics tool, no, you wouldn't be
using that :}

As for the wav to ogg ... try
