Watching TV on RH Linux 9

I want to watch TV on RH Linux 9. I have an Adcom TV Tuner Card. How can I configure it ? What applications do I need to have and where can I have them ?

I am running Red Hat 7.3 on an old box with a Hauppaug WinTv-Go card. Anaconda automatically detected & configured the card after I restarted my computer. For watching tv I use a program called TvTime, which when first started allowed me to easily setup my cable stations. I've only been using it for a few days since I installed the card, but it works great.
