Watching a video stream on linux

Hi. I have some problems regarding watching video streams on Mandrake Linux 10. How do I setup Opera/Mozilla/Konqueror to stream certain webstreams with for instance Windows Media? Do I need it to start Totem, Xine or MPlayer? Please give me a detailed description of what to do.

One way i know is to use a plugin for Mozilla...

You can either get a mplayer plugin for mozilla....and if i am not wrong, i saw it on sourceforge

Alternatively, you can get something like *Plugger*, its pretty neat and simple to install as well.

You can grab it from: http://fredrik.hubbe.net/plugger.html

Cheers
