Warnings from make

I have just compiled KsmoothDock according to the instructions on KDE-Look

I resolved the headers issue and ./configure ran flawlessly. Make itself produced a lot of warnings about virtual destructors and a lot of stuff being deprecated, though. The program installs and runs nevertheless, but does that mean I should just disregard what make says?

It isn't really important - I'm just curious.
