warning unresponsive script in firefox freezes kubuntu?

hi guys

im using kubuntu drapper with firefox 1.5.3. i keep getting every few minutes this warning " warning :unresponsive script- do you want to continue or stop" after that firefox freezes the whole computer and i have to kill it. it happens every minute or so and its driving me mad? does anyone know whats going on? i have a p4 1.5 gb mem and a 160mb HD.

What extensions are you using in Firefox? IS it only happening on certain pages or all the time?

Try this type about:config in the url/address bar and look for:
dom.max_script_run_time right click it and change the time to something like 20.
