Wanted a tool for installation

Hi,
I have made a instant chat messenger project in java.Now i want a tool through which one will be able to install to install my tool in windows as most software do.
Like if we have done a project in visual basic we can get a setup through which we can install it in windows.likewise i want a tool for programs done in java also.

2. Have users run it as a Java Web Start app (probably best/cheapest way).

6. http://www.onjava.com/pub/a/onjava/2002/06/05/ant.html (using Jakarta Ant to install software).

Personally, I recommend Java Web Start. Supported by Sun. Users always get latest version. Don't have to deal with a lot of shit like weird file system setup, etc.
