wall messages under X
I cannot remember whether it was another distribution, or a previous version of slackware, but I clearly remember getting a crude textbox under X with the message contents when someone sent a wall message.. Now I dont have it anymore and gravely miss it.. ):
Searched alot on this matter, also here, to no avail.. And it doesnt help at all that wall and X are pretty generic terms.. d:
Can someone name what program / script did this?

It's actually a KDE feature that Pat seems to have disabled
(it's part of kdebase, kwrited to be specific) for whatever reasons,
most likely performance.
