vsftpd not logging?

Hi,

I've got xferlog_enable=YES
xferlog_file is commented out

the /var/log/vsftpd.log file doesnt exist after the servers been running (and transfering ftp files) for weeks

I know im editing the correct vsftpd conf as it's the one that shows up with a ps aux | grep "vsftpd"

Fedora Core 1
vsftpd running the default configuration with a few exceptions: users are chroot'ed by default, and I have passive connections enabled and ports open.
I haven't noticed a single problem with the ftp running besides it not logging...

Any ideas?

dude!
Same here. Fedora Core 1. and vsftpd is not logging. I tried touching the unexisting /var/log/vsftpd.log file, that didn't work neither.
