vsftpd issue


Hello, I have installed vsftpd on a server and it works locally but if I try to connect from remote it stucks on "150 Here comes the directory listing" and doesn't show anything, what could the problem be ?

Firewall or NAT. You should read about FTP protocol: passive and active mode. If you need more help please specify that your server has private IP address or public IP, and what firewall settings you have on that server and on router if you connect to Internet by it and what kind of router it is.
