VSFTPD chroot problem

I am a new VSFTPD user and I recently set "chroot_list_enable=YES"
Then I created a "chroot_list_file" and placed it in VSFTPD's home directory.
Next I added a couple users to the chroot_list_file and I went into YaST and tried to change all of their home directories to be the same... I want to chroot all of these users into a directory named 'pub'
However, YaST will only let me assign one user to use the directory 'pub' as their home directory.
What do I need to do ?

Also, what is most likely the problem if (after I jacked with the user/group settings) one user is getting chrooted but not locked in to his home directory but the rest are ?
The user that is not getting locked in was a user whose permissions I changed all around... I thought I got it all back to the way it was before... I must have missed something.
