vsftpd chroot for users

I wish to do the following setup for vsftpd:

2 users with read & write permissions
anonymous with read only

Alos, I need to have those users chroot'ed in /srv/ftp/

I have seen in the man page of vsftpd.conf the possibility to chroot users in their home directories but nothing about chroot'ing them somewhere else like I need to do.

Is it feasible with vsftpd? If yes, how?
