VPNC --> "invalid vpn secrets"

Hey all
I am trying to connect to my Cisco VPN from the vpnc app in network manager.

With in the last week i have started getting "invalid vpn secrets" error.

However If i run from the terminal as root it works fine. Any one have and information on this or what files/folders my user account needs permissions to.
