Question vncserver problems (centos 5.5 32 bit)

I currently have 2 machines running CentOS 5.5
Both machines have identical hardware, drivers and software.

Machine #1 = 192.168.1.5 (using static ip, dhcp is turned off)
Machine #2 = 192.168.1.6 (using static ip, dhcp is turned off)

I will try to explain this the best way that I can.

I am able to run vncserver on machine #1.
I am able to connect locally and remotely.
The vncserver is running on port 5901.
I have IP forwarding set to tunnel traffic on port 5901 to machine #1
Everything is fine. see screenshot

I need help setting up machine #2

vncserver seems to be running on machine #2 However I am not able to connect to it. -see screen shot

The problem is when I run vncviewer and try to connect to machine #2, I am not even getting a password prompt. Do I need to set vncserver on this machine to use a different port? Sometimes I even get the error, "Xvnc cannot start" as well.

I can connect to machine #2 from machine #1 -see screenshot

As to the port question, if you are accessing locally you don't need to change the ports.
Remotely you will either need two different ports or NAT

NAT would depend on your firewall for your router.
ie for machine #2
WAN IP x.x.x.x:9999 NAT to 192.168.1.6:5901

I am not familiar with "Xvnc cannot start" error, but isn't X part of the video? What does the log file show?

Hope that helps a little
