vnc server

how do I install a vnc server for gnome? I tried vino. I guess it installed but I can't figure out how to make it run. I tried to install an rpm for tightvnc-server, but it said I need XFree86, can't find where to get it yet. I guess vino is what I need, but either would work I guess. I use realvnc on my windows machine.

I will give the details of rpm that I have in my redhat AS

The rpm is vnc-4.0-0.beta4.1.4.src.rpm
The site where u can get this is http://www.realvnc.com

Hope the site has tarball also for vnc server.

And to start vncserver the command is
vncserver
