VNC - Allow or Refuse Question

Does anybody know how to turn off this feature on vncserver?

As far as I know you can't. It's a security feature for the end user so that people can't watch what they're doing without their consent. Depending on which country you're in, unless you're in a corporate environment where the users have agreed to something like this, it's not a good idea.

Even when you turn off password prompts in (for example) tightvnc under Windows, the VNC service icon changes colour so the user knows they're being monitored.

In VNC for Winblows there is a Checkbox with the option:
Prompt local user to accept incoming connections.

I am pretty sure that there must be an equivalent in Linux...
Check the vncconfig.

By the way I should have included this info:

The VNC server is FC5
And its Windows on the client side running RealVNC

Well I ran vncpasswd and created a password...I am just not sure for which user! I deduced that if there was a password for VNC it wouldnt prompt like that. Perhaps I should use a differant proggie on the windows side.

It really is anoying..I was hoping my Linux instructor would be able to show me a few things via vnc...now somebody has to hit the allow button...and I'll be at school! I suppose ssh will suffice.

But I'm a GUI man dammit! Yeah thats right...I said it!!!!! :D

I know this is possible because on VNC configuration for Ubuntu (via System > Preferences > Remote Desktop) there is a check box whether or not to prompt for permission, along with password options and access options.
