VMware4, Mdk9.1, Host-only network

I recently installed VMWare 4 on my Mandrake 9.1 machine.
The installation was perfect and my virtual machine worked fine.

I choose a Host-only networking between the Linux Host and the Windows 95 Guest.

However, even if each of them are able to ping their own virtual ethernet card, they can't ping the other computer.
I clarify: My guest is unable to ping my host and my host can't ping my guest.

Someone can help me? I'm becoming tired of trying different configurations....
