ok well i want to use vmware for one program

i love this site
but i just can't get it working in linux

anyways i don't want to use a really mem hoggin distro like xp

but i am affraid win98 isn't going to work as well because of drivers

like the vmware net drivers and video card sound....

if i could get this program working under wine or in linux

i would never look at windows again!!!

i guess my question is.. is windows 98 easy to use in linux or do i have to install a bunch of drivers or does the vmware tools take care of this or do i have to go find drivers.....

I use VMWare 4.5 in XP - guests: 98SE, 2k. VMWare 4.5 in MDK 9.2 - guests: 98SE. MS hosts are O.K., and work really well. I started with VMWare to try other OSs but non-MS OSs have TERRIBLE difficulties with emulating graffic card. All other drivers - sound, ports, ... are O.K.
