vmware-vmx started among boot

Hello,

I have succesfully installed vmware server to my suse desktop machine. the problem is that whenever i start my computer, i see two processes of vmware-vmx even if vmware server is not running. they are using a lot of (when considering my resources) cpu and memory and i have to always manually kill them.

what is the vmware-vmx and how do i set it not to start among boot?
