VMware player on Xubuntu

I was able to install VMware player on Xubuntu by following a tutorial.
Now when I launch the application, I get the following window with message.
How do I fix this?

It says pretty clear what you should do. Install kernel header. I don't remember how the package is called, you can google it. Looks like it needs some net module.
