VLC stream playlist
I have the VLC streaming, but I want to know how to make it stream a playlist so I don't have to keep going to the server to set it up again.
My first attempt was when I created a playlist file after compiling one in the player, selected stream after I restarted the program and used the playlist file as the file to read upon opening. I selected the http option and the stream started, however, when I moved forward to the next video, the stream stopped. I attempted to connect back from the client to the server and it didn't pick anything up, what gives here what is going on and how do I get the server to play files in sequence through the same connection so I don't have to restart the clients.

I already fixed the problem. I wrote C++ program that would restart the server as it moves on to the next file listed in a text file.

Cool!
The days of restarting your clients are history, bet your glad that; that redundancy is gone:-
I just get by with gcc and C++ with compilation.
I've been reading a Python book over the last week or so.
So far I like it.
Do you prefer C++ over Python and Java?
