VLC redirect sound to local device when streaming

I am using VLC to stream video to another computer through the UDP protocol. everything is working out fine but the way I have things built, I don't want the sound to output at the end device, instead, I want the sound to output on the local device in which the streaming is coming from. Is there any way to do this, if not then is there any way to stream udp with the sound playing locally in sync with the video that is being transmitted.
