Angry VLC output to video device (/dev/video1)

There are many posts about how to stream the video from webcam to VLC, but I want to do something exactly reverse.
I want to send what is played in VLC to a virtual webcam,(V4L2) like /dev/video1

Is there any way to do that?

ondoho, Thank you for taking the time to reply,
I assume when we use a virtual camera we can send pictures and videos to the virtual cam and we can stream that like a real webcam. If I'm wrong please let me know.
thanks

You already have the stream coming out of VLC. You can just redirect that to wherever you want, as if it came from a camera. Check pulseaudio.
