VisualBasic to mySQL connectivity????

Is it possible to connect a visual basic app to mySQL; if so what dll would be needed to accomplish this?

I'm not that great with Visual Basic but I think you should be able to do it with th MySQL ODBC driver:

I have that driver installed. I guess I should have been more specifice in asking what the visual basic syntax or connection string might look like.

Well ODBC actually works with almost the same syntax in VB as it does in PHP. Just name your dsn, database, server and credentials.

mySQL ODBC installs the myodbc.dll
