visual c++ equivalent?

I sorta suck at programming and the only thing ive really used is Visual C. I want to try and remake a console game i made for windows in linux maybe using clanlib and no console. I was just wondering if there was anything packaged like Visual studio? It helps me keep things organized. One click compiling and debugging and what not. Thanks
