From your OP it sounds like you didn't enter the correct password for either your normal unprivileged user account (if Manjaro uses
sudo - which I don't know as I'm not a Manjaro user myself) or the root user account, as far as the "incorrect password" error is concerned.

From your post #2 it sounds like you haven't got the required kernel development packages installed (and possibly the required development tools), and therefore you cannot compile the Virtualbox drivers.
You need the required development tools installed, like
gcc,
make, etc, along with the required kernel development packages in order to be able to build Virtualbox's kernel modules. It depends on your distribution as to exactly what the required kernel development packages are called. I've posted a link from Virtualbox's website at the bottom of this post that tells you what you need, along with the exact names of the required development packages for several distributions.
It would also help quite a lot if you posted the exact error messages verbatim you're getting - as this would remove the need to guess on our part (use CODE tags if you do that). It would also help quite a lot if you described exactly what steps you've taken so far, and exactly what happened at each step.
As the information provided thus far is a little vague.
