virtual IP address?

I installed webmin / Virtualmin

I am getting following error when creating a new Virtual Server:

"Failed to create virtual server : Virtual FTP cannot be enabled unless a virtual IP address is allocated"

Running:
Debian sarge (stable 3.1)
Apache 2
Proftp
Bind 9

I included bind because I am thinking that maybe I have to do someting in bind, but I can't find any help on this.

Thank you
