Virtual Box not installing with new Fedora kernel

Hi all,

I updated the Fedora 16 kernel on my computer to 3.1.5-6, and the Virtual Box modules won't work anymore, and when I try to install VirtualBox-OSE, it tells me I need the older kernel. So I try to install the kmod version that matches my kernel version, but that has a dependency that needs the older kernel! What is going on, is it simply not possible?

Thanks!

Stick with your older kernel until the modules are updated for the new kernel.... Happens all the time.

Cheers,

Josh

I found a solution! You can compile you own new modules or something using dkms, just install the dkms package.
