VirtualBox kernel driver not accessible, permission problem. Make sure that the current user has write permissions to /dev/vboxdrv by adding him to the vboxusers groups. Don't forget to logout to take the change effect.
VBox status code: -1909 (VERR_VM_DRIVER_NOT_ACCESSIBLE).

Result Code:
0x80004005
Component:
Console
Interface:
IConsole {1dea5c4b-0753-4193-b909-22330f64ec45}

well, it does tell you why doesn't it ?

had the same issue when I tried virtualbox on my machine. to fix it become root, create a user-group "vboxusers" and make all users that need to run virtualbox member of said group. if you do this within X (as ordinary user + using su) you should restart it and completely logout of the system as otherwise the group-change will not become active. rebooting is the safest way to do so without too much thinking.

also check if the permissions of /dev/vboxdrv have write access for that group.
