Vinagre - what happened to the list of computers pane?

I have replaced my faithful CentOS 6 machine with a new CentOS 7 + Mate desktop machine. It is hard to believe how out of date some of the programs on CentOS 6 were. But I was familiar with them warts and all

In the OLD version of Vinagre I had a pane or column on the left side of the window showing my bookmarks to remote machines. The current Vinagre (3.14.3) has only one pane within the window. Bookmarks are accessed by a dropdown list from the menu bar. Is there a way do display the bookmarks pane or has that disappeared as a Gnome 3 "improvement"? I can not find any option or setting to do this.
