VIM insert before a visual block...

Hi all,

I have a big block of text that I want to insert some other text in front of it..

basically, i want to add text to the beginning of every line (and some more text at the end of every line).

i used to be able to do this with visual mode, but i have since forgotten what the darn steps were to do it!

can anyone shed a little light?

I just figured it out again!

Ctrl-V for visual block mode, select text, the "I" yourtext <esc><esc>...
