Video Players help

I have Real Player 8 which works ok. But I need a player for KDE to play avi, mpg, and divx. I can not find Xine on my computer. I can not get avifile or mpg to install. I just want to play some old Simpsons episodes. I do not have a DVD player either. I am using Red Hat 8.0
