video messaging

I've searched here and Google, but haven't yet found a way to do video chatting with my mom. She wants to be able to see the grandkids and them to see her. She currently uses Yahoo messenger most of the time. Is there something I can use to connect to that with video or some other program we can each install to video message.

Thanks for any ideas,
